Nu Sentral Retail Mall, Malaysia’s first fully integrated green lifestyle retail mall, welcomed 28 new tenants to its much sought-after retail spaces at a signing ceremony held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur on 26 May 2011, Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) - Nu Sentral Retail Mall signed with several new tenants and has resulted in the take up space of 60% occupancy before its scheduled launch in 2012.

The new tenants ranging from a pharmacy and a well established bookstore to eye care centres, will take up approximately 156,000 sq. ft. of floor space. This is in addition to Parkson Corporation and the Golden Screen Cinema, who have already taken up space in August 2010, occupying more than 186,000 sq. ft., as main anchor tenants. Joining Parkson and GSC Cinema, is MPH Bookstore, one of the largest book store chains in the country. Other well known retail brands that have joined the rush to secure a space include Wesria Food Court, a well-established operator in Suria KLCC.
